Hello. Has anybody gotten their burned copy of Codebreaker (DVD version)
to boot via Swap Magic DVD v3.3 or 3.6?

You can't. It has anti-mod protection and only works with 2 chips; Messiah & DMS4 Pro.
Get 'Codebreaker v9.2 cracked' if you want to use a backup with swap magic or any modchip.
