Confirmed that VCS WILL play on emulated 2.71. I personally did not rip it from a UMD so I dont know if this ISO had been some how modified to work with 2.71. The ISO I have is not a RIPPed version and is 1.57GB, the filename is psy-gtavcs.iso . Sorry I do not have a direct link, I got it off a newsgroup.
