Please help,

My laptop displays the following message at start up

STOP :c0000221 {Bad image Checksum}
The image kernel32.dll is possibly corrupt. The header checksum does not match the computed checksum.

The main issue here is that I cant access safe mode and I read that this may be due to a virus or malware.

Can anyone help, I have a shitload o stuff saved on here that I havent got round to backing up
