ive used this guide as my isp was throttleing my torrents dl speeed the most i could get was 1 kbs a sec now i get 120 kbs a sec on a meg connection

but the problem is i cant get my upload speed up over 1 kbs a sec and i really want my upload speed tp greatly improve to fastest i can get it to go
as im on a private torrent site and if i dont get my ratio up they will ban me from site
