from what i know, the same convertor for LCS would work for replacing the music into VCS (from wav to at3 then changing the names or something) i never dabbled much into it, but it should be possible, i dunno how much hassle it'll be....

uhm i dunno, prolly could make a long string of music, change it to AT3 and then replace like VCFL.AT3 and it'd play when that station is selected. could set up different playlists that way :-)

(IDK how to do the custom soundtrack option thing. I guess it's a seperate d/l)

But to do it the easy way, find the .at3 file you want from another game. If there aren't any .at3 files you have from another game, you need to find yourself a converter like Sonic Stage (I think) and/or Goldwave. Converts .wav and .mp3 to .at3. Then, once you find what you want, rename it to VROCK.AT3 for example. Once you paste that into the Audio directory of GTA:VCS, when you switch to that radio station, it will play YOUR songs. It can be ANY size also. That means, if you wanna convert say, Led Zeppelin II to .at3 format, VROCK would now play it b/c it's in .at3 format and it's called "VROCK.AT3".

I just ripped my copy and then CiSOd it to compression level 4. It's gone down to 749MB. I can't say it doesn't lag as I haven't tried it yet. If it doesn't lag, I'm set!
