You need to rebuild the iso using vcdrom or umdgen just drag and drop the files into the empty panel box and then save as an iso

all the files and folders that came with the download except tihngs like internet links and stuff if there are any.

Just drop PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.BIN into UMDGen and save the contents as an ISO. It will then be playable.
