i recently bought a liteOn dvd player but every time i want to watch a dvd it says this in my dvd player "Error PL4009: A CSS Encryption error occurred while trying to play the DVD. Your detected decoder may not support playback of encrypted DVD content. Please make sure that your decoder fully supports playback of encrypted DVD content by contacting the manufacturer of your DVD playback software."

im using interactual.....the dvd drive came with a cyberlink powerdvd installer disk, but when i try to open cyberlink it askes for a cd key....but i cant find a cd key anywhere
