I use DVDdecrypter to rip my DVD's to hard drive. I have 10 older DVD's which I have burned about 2 years ago and I can't rip those to the hard drive without problems. If I watch those DVD's with my computer, they work fine. I got this error when I ripped first DVD:

When I try to open VIDEO_TS folder in DVDshrink it gives this error:

http://img93.imageshack.us/img93/5330/emu2kq3.jpg

That is last VOB file and when I play it straight from folder it works just fine.

Is there any solution how I can rip these DVD's to the HD without errors?

I need to make divx/xvid from those DVD's. Is it possible to convert those VOB files some other way? VOB files works fine if I play them with powerDVD. So I was thinking if I could put those 5 VOB files into some other software and then convert them to one AVI file...

Have you tried ripping with DVDFab Decrypter or perhaps AnyDVD's ripper?

this is a copy of a DVD that you have and now you can re rip to the hard drive..... well..... it could be the media used. It might play in the recorder that it was made from but if the media is not of good quality then you will run into something like this...

according to the errors in DVDDecrypter it's showing that the IFO file is not being read properly and so it's trying to use the back up file of the IFO file, which is the BUP file and it's still not being read...... so the DVD Structure is not found! You can try AnyDVD to rip or DVDFab Decrypter and it might work..... but eventually, I suspect, the media that you have will become useless. I hope that's not the case but it seems close.
