I want to buy a memory card for my dads K750i and i found one but when i bought it i saw that it was for PSP and it does not work on the phone do you think there would be any way i can make it work ?
So it fits inside the K750i but doesn't detect the MemoryStick?
Presuming that it does, I think that all you need to do is format it on your PC (presuming you have a memory card reader) or format it in any way possible.
btw by formatting I mean not deleting everything on it, but e.g. for the Windows PC you go on My Computer, right click the drive the memory card is in and click on format, and click Start. Thats all there should be to it, and there shouldn't be much problem because they are both Sony products (PSP and K750i) so compatibility should be fine, if not then ask the Sony's Customer Service on their website, they should be able to help.
Other than that your options are to sell it on eBay or something and with the money buy one that is universal or for the K750i (although they are universal anyway, i think).
well i can not format it through the the phone and i do not have a memory card reader on the memory card box says that it is a gaming card for PSP any ideas ?
im having the same problem. i compared the Mc that came with the phone and that which i buyed and they are identical. I have not yet found the solution so if any one found it could you pls post a msg :)

ok lets get this straight: if its a memory stick pro duo, it will fit into any device that supports it. doesnt matter if it says for PSP or for K750i, it will fit as along as you have the right TYPE of memory card. thats all that matters. i bought a memory stick for my w800i which said it was for PSP, but since that is just for people who dont know what type of memory card their PSP takes, "more informed" people should just look for the TYPE of memory card (CompactFlash, MemoryStick, etc.) they need, and it will come up with a lot more results.
I solved my problem the memory card was just blown it wasnt working couse i tried it on a PSP and it didnt work so i went to change it and the new one was OK . Thanks
