ISO/Devhook help

I tried to get an ISO but when i use WinRAR, at about 13% total it won't do anymore. I've tried other downloads too which let me do the whole WinRAR but i'm using my pc as the memory stick and when I put the game in the iso folder it shows up with the WinRAR icon and when i try and use the game after i load up devhook and all that the game don't show up. If this kinda stuff isn't allowed on this forum, please delete. Thanks.
