movie maker capture problem

This is whats wrong.At my moms house when i go to capture video i capture it very clearly but when i try to capture from my dads computer,it comes out pixelated and very unclear.


How can i make my dads the same as moms

If you reduce your dad's Graphics Hardware Acceleration
as per the instructions in the following article and
realize an improvement, it's an indication that he
needs to update his video driver:

It can also be a codec problem where some codecs are not compatible with the Wndows Media Player.....suggest you also look at the Problem Solving hints and tips at PapaJohn's website
