My drive won't recognize some movies. It acts as if there isn't a disc in. I have no problem with it recognizing blank discs. And as to the movies, it's not just the new ones, it's older ones too. I don't much about specifics, so if you can help, please keep it simple.

Mostly original movies, with one or two burned movies. But alot of originals.

I try cleaning the disc. I have even updated the firmware.
