Help needed with UMD Emulator V0.8C

I just started using UMD Emulator V0.8C with Dynasty Warriors Vol. 2 but the error display "The game could not be started. (FFFFFED3)". What could be the problem? Is there something wrong with the setting? What about using Fastloader?

Please advice...

dont update
install device hook 0.46 and it should work device hook its all you need

Currently I'm having a few iso and I got the problem mention above, so I took the advice of using Devhook 0.46 as recommended to v2.71, so what to do next? How can I load those iso game I have? Please advice...
