Hi,

Just started playing Pilot Academy. If anyone liked Sky Oddessy for the PS2 then you should try this game. Anyway, for the life of me I have no idea on how to get my landing gear up. The game is nice and I want to like it but why oh why did they not include button layout in the options screen or button press sequences in the tutorial levels?

If anyone out there could help me out I'll be your best friend.

p.s. Lik-Sang ruled, notch me up as one more pissed off Sony consumer.

ok, so i found the answer to my own question. i thought i'd post it to enlighten anyone else.

to raise the gear on your plane, HOLD the select button for a few seconds. this information is not even included in the manual so I hope to help at least one person!

Google is our friend and that's why I checked google first. All I found though was previews, reviews and general gash about the game. I then checked IGN, then Gamefaqs and then other gaming sites that I thought may hold the answer. Of course, I couldn't find one.

That's why I started the thread...

So don't just reply to my thread with a statement which has no purpose other than to make me look like I'm wasting other people's time. I found out the answer to my query and posted it for other people's information. My nickname may have newbie written underneath it but that doesn't mean I don't know how to use the net.
