Today I installed the above program on mine and my wife's pc. I installed the updates and re-booted the pcs and started the scans's on both. Her scan was completed within 2 hrs, mine is at 53% complete and has been running now for 7 hrs!! We are both connected to the net through a Lynksys router using a dsl connection. We both have twin h/d with external drives as well. My spec's for my drive's are:
Recovery (D) Fat 32 Capacity 5.55gb 985mb free 17%
C NTFS 31.70gb Capacity 12.16gb free 38%
F NTFS 37.26gb Capacity 37.09gb free 99%
Does anyone have any ideas as to why it takes so long? I was using the trial version up until today and that did the same thing. Its a great product but surely it should not take this long to do a scan?
