AVI2DVD - Queue encoding, ISO not created for 2nd?

HI

When I queue 2 or 3 jobs on AVI2DVD, taking care to change output folders.
The 1st is created correctly with DVD and ISO
The 2nd just creates a .ac3 and a .m2v file
The 3rd is still going at the moment

Has anyone else come across this?
What is the quickest thing to do with the .ac3 and .m2v to get onto a dvd (I don't have Nero, just Img Burn)?
