i have just reinstalled windows xp home & after installing AVG pro, spyware doctor & ZoneAlarm pro etc, i have noticed in ZoneAlarm,
under firewall zones that there is something called a loopback adaptor..
but when i go to control panel > network connections,
that it only says local ara connection..
does anyone know what this loopback adaptor is & if its needed?
i would really appreciate some help, thanks

i think its a server thing.
try wikipedia or ask ZoneAlarm
