I have a back up of the Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon fighting game for PSX. I have tried several methods to play it and, each one loads and then, once it says Round One it stops spinning and won't go any further. I am using the gameshark method and, the PSX swap method where you swap it after it says PSX. I have a paper and tissue modded slim PS2. Could someone help me please? Also, if this is in the wrong topic could a mod move it?

If you have a modded ps2, don´t need to swap anything!!!
Try copy the game from the disc you have to a better brand one, with the lowest speed you can.
