I followed like 3 or 4 tutorials on this site on how to flash TA-082 psp, I got it successfully to firmware 2.7. Now when I try to flash it to 1.5 I get to Step 19 which shows me the text menu with the "Firmware" and "Start", you know where you select it with 'O" button, but as soon as I select to 1.5 firm and select "Start" right at the top, my psp goes black for a couple of seconds but I don't see any text nor do I get the error message which I'm supposed to press X at. All it does is restart and I keep seeing that my firmware hasn't changed from 2.7, pls what am i doing wrong?

your TA-082 so u cant flash 1.5. this will brick your psp. the furthest u can downgrade to is 2.5. you need to use the henc method which is on the second page of the forum.

never mind I go it to work..and your info is not accurate.
Now I can't run any of the isos i tired..Dead 2 rights and nba live 07, and it's said I need to update the firmware. I ran devhook 0.46 b/c 0.47 for 2.71 doesn't work since my firm is 1.50//how to play the games now?
