i just bought a new ZEN V-Plus Mp3 Player. i charged it and installed the proper programs from the cd i got with it. my computer reads the player when i plug it in, but it says i need a usb 2.0 highspeed port or it will not function properly. i dont have any usb 2.0 ports. i only have via rev 5 or later usb. when i open up the program i installed to put files on my mp3, the program says the player isnt plugged in. is there any way i can fix this??? or do i have to go out and buy a usb 2.0? i kno theyre not expensive, but how will i kno which one will fit my computer??? plz help. thanx in advanced.
