New Sansa c200 broken? Help

So, I bought a new Sansa c200. I used it a couple of hours, and then I noticed the battery icon was low. So I decided to charge/change the battery. But I didnt know how. I read the manual and it said to press in on the case, but the thing is stuck there. I can not open the device. I have no idea how to get the battery out. I tried a lot of times and I just scratched it. Any advice? I am using a brand new C200, and how do I charge the battery??

Hey Grimeye
You need to charge it thru your USB port on your computer, should have come with a usb wire

from the looks of it, the back slides down and off and then theres some screws

Thank You so much. You are a life saver. I was starting to regret buying a Sansa instead of an Ipod. I will stick to my mp3 player. Thanks a lot again!!
