Hi there, i've followed all guides converted vid to MP4 renamed files put them into MP_ROOT - 100MNV01 but cannot bring them up on the memory card to play keeps saying no data. Am I missing something here do I have to play them through devhook or something, any advice would be very welcome.

you have to rename it M4V10004.MP4 for the psp to recognize it. just change the last number if you wanna add more.ie-M4V10005.MP4, M4V10006.MP4, and so on.



other than that did you get your memory stick from ebay? bunch of fake ones floating around.

Hi there, I did rename both files and still no data on stick. The stick is fine as I am running ISO's quite happily from it. I' give it all another go tonight and get back.

Hi Agin when renaming do you have to start with 10004 or could it be anything i.e. 12345.

just copy the name i posted above, and rename it the same thing. paste your movie in the mp_root/100MNV01 folder. then go to video and it should show up
