like for example i hear in every ISO it is always safe to delete the UPDATE folder since there is no use for it if we are using ISOs + devhook

but are their any more files like this? like for example maybe a certain file that is just used to load for when you have a UMD but since we are using ISO we can just delete.

Any other files aside from the UPDATE folder?

Its way easier to use ripkits to shrink iso's. Ripping games yourself is tedious and a waste of time. Unless you are extremely bored, go find yourself a ripkit for that particular iso.

I seen a 130 game ripkit pack for download on some bit torrent sites. or you can use your friend goooooogle to search for them. Most kits are made by apcarr147. Much respect for your hard work m8

padding can be ripped with no problems whatsoever and mostly the updates can as well (although in some cases games haven't worked afterwards)

After that its upto you what you want to dummy/rip

You can get great ripkits over at maxconsole

The pad file. I know a "few" games may not work but so far none that I have tried. Rip it the try it. If it works fine on your psp then delete the original iso and just go with the one you took the pad out of.

I'm all over that like a donkey eatin a waffle!

Sweet. I did not know it would do it for you. I just been deleting them manually. Thanks for that info.
