What you have found my good friend is a fake. You really think a 2.8 downgrader came out, and it first appeared on isohunt.

first off isohunt is a public dump site and is full of garbage. I can tell you right now no one will try it, and if they do they are about to have a nice shiny black brick.

I never trust public trackers, especially for something that flashes your PSP motherboard. Do you even know the developer? I dont think so.

Sorry if that sounds rude but spreading viruses is just poor taste. no hard feelings though m8 just lookin out

its not real, if it was you would get it from psp-hacks or qjupdates not some rubbish public torrent site. I wouldn't trust this with a 10 foot barge pole.

Asking for the downgrader won't make it appear any quicker, looking for a workable exploit in 2.81 will

Its a fake ofcourse, nobody would release a downgrader which is wanted as badly as a 2.81 downgrader is right now and release it to a torrent site.

It would first appear on the reliable sites such as psp-hacks.

The file you found is either a plain old fake or a virus.
