Just so I don't get a million "this topic has been discussed in thread xxxxxx" replies, let me clarify and say I've read them already.
I know how to order files according to LBA, I've patched the system files with DVDScanLite, I've created images both directly from CD/DVD Generator and from exported .iml files.
Following a handful of different tutorials out there, I'm pretty confident I've done everything right. I just can't seem to get anything to work.
I have a few CD-based PS2 games for which I have to do this (I want to just use backups and keep my originals packed away), because my PS2 has a hard enough time playing NORMAL blue PS2 cds and Black PSX cds... it can't do a thing with BURNED CDr's. But thus far, the only game I've tried this entire process on is Super Bust A Move. Is there a list out there of CD based games that work when converted to a DVD? I found a list of all the games that work with SwapMagic, but if my PS2 can't read the media, I guess that list is irrelevant. I don't have SwapMagic, though.. I'm using the CogSwap .elf off of my memory card.
If anyone has any insight to offer, it would be appreciated.
And if you can stop me ahead of time, before I try this with Silpheed, Frequency, Intelligent Qube Remix Plus, and Rez, and let me know if any of those won't work either, that would be cool too :P
