psp browser won't start

Hi there I'm trying to surf with my psp,I have set up a connecting and all is fine but when I launch the browser it says "the content cannot be displayed". When I test the connection all is fine except when I drill down the list of network settings it says Internet Browser Do Not start. Is there a way to change this setting or am I missing something else. Any help would be very welcome.

umm. have u tried to type down a website? like www.google.com? cuz i dunno any problems where it says content cannot be displayed besides wen some puts something like this in the browser 'file:blah blah'

I can't type anything because no browser appears only the cursor on a blank page.

are you using it with devhook 0.45 or above if so the same thing happened to me use devhook 0.44 instead

thanks gunot055 did not know that,yes am noobie to PSP's but am learning fast. browser is up now but tried a few sites and comes back with DNS error's i.e. 80410416 - 80410413.
