when i use devhook to load my isos... it'll load 2.71 firmware.. how can i get back to firmware 1.5 without having to restart my psp??? please let me know if there is a way or somethimg i can download.. any info will be appreciated..

If you install the ultimate installer for devhook 0.46 it also installs that reboot.
