Help Please! devhook .46 and iso's!

I'm running PSP Version 1.50 and everytime i load up an ISO through devhook .46 the game loads and the introduction can be viewed and menu i can go through. But when i wanna PLAY the game, PSP always freezes and shuts down. Can anyone help me with what the problem is? I've re-installed devhook about 20 times, and am using ISO's that are verified to work as they work on a friends PSP.

Is it my memory stick or dev hook?

UMD select : GTA VCE
CPU CLOCK : 222 / 111 MHZ (anything else and it won't even boot up the ISO)
Boot Select : reboot XMB (have also tried other methods, game still freezes and automatically shuts down)

help please?

well assuming that the iso works i would have to say that your devhook is maybe scrapped? Did you use the ultimate installer 1.1.1? that puts files where they are supposed to be maybe try that out cause your settings are right.

it could be the iso just like shade777 said and if not u should format your memory stick and then reinstll using ez installer --->http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/673
