I need to downgrade a PSP momentarily, but its a 2.8 I think. If I dont, Ill have to wait, and we know thats out of the question.

I have only found this site; it sounds like a gip for making me pay. Should I? Is it possible this is the only site that is privy to the info about downgrading a 2.8 PSP? Please look into it and reply FAST.

you can find guides to downgrade psp's all over the internet for free. if there actually was a downgrader for 2.80 it would be on sites like qj.net or psp-hacks.com

... you know I actually read that site, and aside from potential lawsuits from sony and a bunch of developers, I am seriously wondering how you thought this site would help, they make you pay for the downgraders you can download for free is all, meaning also, that once again ... NO 2.8 downgrader for you, bad impatient PSP user ... no mem stick for you.
