do i need a service provider for my psp to access the internet and does it cost to browse the net?

All you need is a wireless network nearby that you can connect to. If you go to like a coffee shop hot spot that provides free wan then you just have your psp scan for a connection. but you either need to connect to a network that has no security or you need to know the security key.

well you already have a service provider obviously so as long as its hi-speed it will work. all you need is a wireless router, and it doesnt cost money to browse the net on the psp.
