Okay, this might sound dumb but there's something wrong. I purchased the cucusoft program and I am using it for the dvd to ipod thing. I followed all directions, but when I push yes for the record now pop-up option the program shuts off in two seconds. So, is it actually converting or do I need to install the program again?

This program appears when you are ripping ANY DVDs?
Since iPod supports MP4, H.264 and MOV, you may set a different codec to convert again.
