PLEASE PLEASE i downloaded need for speed carbon and extracted and received the iso file and anthoer csar.war file but when i try to load the iso it doesnt work...I use fastloader...What needs to be done to get it to work...

After downloading it i used WinRAR to extract the files into one iso file...Then it gave me a csar.rar file as well...Tried devhook it doesnt work either...

This is exactly what i have...
After extracting the files i have:
the iso file...
pik-nfscu.iso
and a ciso.rar...extracted it gives me:
ciso.bat
ciso.exe
cygwin1.dll
cygz.dll
that is all the files i have...

i think your ciso is a ripkit mate. and you have the iso so just put that in the ISO fodler.
i u wanna use the ripkit put all the files inclucding iso in a folder and hten run .bat

i did put the iso into the folder and it doesnt work but it
doesnt freeze the psp either just doesnt load...
what you going to do exactly...
and which devhook do you use

devhook 0.46 and when u load devhook you'll see somn called "UMD MOUNT" in that make sure it is set to "ISO ANY UMD". and under FIRMWARE make sure its set to "2.71". then obviously pick the game under "UMD SELECT" and hten hit START!

ciso is the program used to convert ISO to CSO, which is a compressed version read by DevHook. It won't harm anything. Look at the readme file. Basically just extract them to a folder, and run the .exe The instructions are in there, and you choose which compression you want (fast/crap compression -> slow/good compression).
This will then create a .cso file to be loaded with DevHook

What does everyone think of this game? I'm on 73% now, and enjoying it, I like the wingman part, but anyone else finding it a little repetitive? It just seems a bit samey with every race being in the same city, but don't get me wrong, it's a cool game, better than 5-1-0 or Underground.

NFS carbon has to stay as an ISO and not a CSO. It will lag during gameplay when its a CSO
