WIFIMAX WONT WORK AHHHHHHHHH!!

alrite im annoyed plz sum1 help me.

i can get past the ip address timing out but after it test the connction it comes up withj a list saying:

Connection name connection 1
signal strength 100%
SSID PSP_WIFI_MAX
BSSID 00:0E:8E:0B:19:8E
Channel 6
security none
IP address 198.168.0.9
Subnet mask 255.255.255.0
default router 198.168.0.1
primary DNS 195.188.53.175
secondary DNS 62.31.144.39
MAC address 00.02.C7.8D.50.D6
proxy server do not use
internet browser do not start
internet connection faii dont know wot all that means.

i got those DNS numbers from another thread because ipconfig doesnt work. im using windows xp. Speedtouch USB ADSL PPP dial up which is shared. the wireless connection says connected and all that. it says that my local area connection is unpluged and that connection is the only bridge selection i have a choice of in the zdlan configuration tool. please dont refer me to another thread because thats been done before and nufin helped.

I think its because your on dial-up. The wifi max stick was designed for hi-speed. Same with the psp. It would take a very long time to load pages on dial-up with the psp. Hell it takes a while to load them with hi-speed.

U say that u can't get ur own IP address on the PSP?

U mean about when testin connection, a while then IP address timed out right?

Let me ask u something, r u emulating firmware?

Or ur PSP real factory FW is higher than 2.6?
