Now this will help me decide should I buy Wii this up coming sunday or wait for Zelda to be released on GC. On one hand the Gc since mine is modded would only require me waiting 4 weeks more, saving about 60 $ and just dling it off net. Or I could experience the great Wiimote with the Zelda on Wii. But the biggest concern it graphic :S Are they absolutely the same on both GC and Wii? Any info on this would be great =D Thanks!

I too have a modded GC, but if I am one of the lucky ones on sunday to find a Wii, I will be buying Zelda for Wii. And then...I will DL it for Gc to see the differences. Graphically, I don't think they'll be different since if you think about it, this was a GC-only title at first and it was an afterthought to make it for Wii. Not to say it won't look amazing though.
I want the Wii version for the experience with the Wii-mote, so if that is important to you, get it sunday. And furthermore, we've been waiting long enough, i'm not waiting another 4 weeks even if I am back logged on games I have to play right now.
I cover my bases...
1)Xbox w/xecuter 2.6 solderless
2)Ps2 (slim) w/DMS4 Lite
3)Ps2 V7 w/DMS4 Lite and 200 Gig Maxtor HDD
4)GC w/qoob pro

The Wii is capable of better graphics than the Gamecube, just not with Zelda:TP because it is a gamecube build with Wii controls.
If you want to compare gamecube graphics and wii graphics, than I'm sure you could look up madden 07 for both systems. I'll tell you right now that the Wii version looks much better, and at times rivals the 360 build. In an interview with the designer, they said the visuals' goal was to surpass anything the Xbox could do and get it as close to the 360 as they thought possible. The 360 obviously looks better, but I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with some of the Wii screenshots.

Actually, both statements are correct:
The architecture of the Wii and GC are nearly identical, the Wii is simply a faster processor. They use the same language, which is why the Wii can directly run GC titles, same code, same everything, just a faster processor with more available memory.
By technical means, on the code end; they are identical. As far as coding goes, the only thing done differently is mapping controls to the Wii Remote. That's it. So, which one it was ORIGINALLY for is mostly irrelevant, just a control change (Which is stupidly easy as far as code is concerned) and possibly a few graphical tweaks (Up or down, depending on the original specs) and you've got the same game for both systems with maybe two weeks extra effort. It's a beautiful system they've got here, because so many developers are already used to it. They were smart here, and it may pay off strongly now.

Mark: Both versions were originally supposed to be released on the Wii launch date. However, the GCN version has been pushed back to December 13, while the Wii version is going to be available a few weeks earlier on the Wii launch date. (Nov 19)

Zelda on wii will be more graphics better controls and much better then the gamecube version think about it do you want to sit through loading times from hell on the gamecube or just play the wii version right away i would rather have the wii version and by the way nintendo will sue any site hosting the gamecube version of zelda and has encrypted the gc disk with a fault execute if a mod chip is detected so think again about downloading the game it isn't going to happen so just buy it
also you can control the wii version of zelda with a gamecube controller and the wii classic controller as well so you do not have to use the wii remote

Its actually a game made for the gamecube originally then ported to the wii not opposite which means graphics will stay the same liek in 95% of ports

I feel like oofRome in so many other threads. There is a correct explanation above, but everyone is just overlooking it and going back to their speculations.
Yes, it was ORIGINALLY for the GCN, but the GCN code and the Wii code are the same; so you can't say the code was originally for either one more than the other, because it's the same code. It's like arguing that Half-Life was designed for a Dell or a Compaq; because it's still the same programming down to tiny little differences.

I actually believe that the graphics will slightly be tweaked. They must be. They had alot of time to add extra features and such into the story they probably upped the graphics somewhat. But I guess only way to find out is wait for both to be released.

Highly doubt that.... No game so far for GC has had encyptions Zelda will be no exception.

The Wii version is obviously better since it has better controls and slightly better graphics.
If I insult you...don't get offended...my insults are "friendly insults"...I know this sounds stupid (ridiculous) but I am fet up of writing, "no offense" in my posts...
