Hey peeps,
Sorry if this has been discussed before, but i couldnt find anything similar. Basically i'm trying to burn an iso file, and when burning, Nero freezes at 7%, while writing the cue sheet (cue sheet tracking, whatever that means...).
If anyone has any ideas i'd much appreciate it. cheers in advance :)

p.s here is Nero Log after failure...

Try burning your image with IMGBurn. It is specially designed for image burning and does a better job then Nero (for image files).
It's also simple to use, so you should be OK. :)

EDIT: I can't see much wrong with that log apart from this

Your mem. usage is very high. Make sure you don't multitask and shut off everything you don't need running whilst burning.

thanks man, though its still not working. i d/l the new ver. (7.5.7) of Nero and tried again, 70% mem free, and no joy. I think it may just be a dodgy iso file. thanks for help :)

A couple of things I notice

Quote:
Physical memory : 1014MB (1038768kB)
Free physical memory: 242MB (248304kB)
Memory in use : 76 %
Considering you are burning a CD you have a lot of memory in use, as mentioned ,dont multitask

CDR code: 00 97 17 06; OSJ entry from: Moser Baer India Limited
These are not top quality discs, try Verbatim or Sony (made in japan)

Depends where you got it from? If you made it yourself, I'd say No.
