ok, I got 2.71 a installed all nice nice...then upgraded to 2.71b

Problem is, every time I try to access my memory stick...the psp turns off.

I tried reformatting the memory stick...still nothing.

Can any one help?

Quite Easy :)

make a Folder ISO on the root of your MEMStick where the Folder PSP is :)
