i would say a psp, because its portable, it plays movies easier than a ps2 or nds, it looks cooler, the psp can play games without a modchip or anything extra to buy(except for the memory card wich holds the games)and doesnt void your warranty , and the psp is having homebrew developed almost everyday to aid in the psp( media players, emulators, etc.), and the main reason is its going to be a part of the next gen games as it works with the ps3, the nds is going to do something for the wii, but most of the games ar kiddish and graphics arent as good as a psp, and as for ps2, if you bought aone, you would most likely get a slim version and wont be able to put in a decent harddrive, but you could put in a modchip, but it voids your warranty but yeah, thats just my opinion. i have all 3 and i only really play with the psp, ps2 being my 2nd choice, or if you got a fat ps2 you could do wonders similar to the psp like movies mp3 player, emulators etc. but only the fat one in my opinion is the best out of the ps2s.........................................man i wrote alot :[

ps2 is pointless to buy at this point, between PSP and DS, Ill probably get flamed for saying this, Id go with DS because alot of PSP games are ports and spin offs of console games while DS is all together more unique an experience, but since you dont have a PS2, you might want to cdonsider the PSP as you never played the PS2 versions of its games

psp by far becasue on the ds you cant play any hombrew or have emulators or I dont think you can play movies maybe wrong. But still, there are some great games coming out for the psp. Not to mention playing super mario and clasic seg games...Yum
