Can anyone pls tell me what is the best emulator/device hook for psp i have dev hook 0.46 at the moment but having problems.

The best emu might not be the best in everyone's opinion, but you can give snes9xTYLme a try. That's the Super Nintendo emu. If you wanna see N64 on your PSP, you can try Daedalus. It's still new and doesn't have any sound, but you can show off to your friends and the geeks at the game store like I do! You can also get Nester J, the NES emu for PSP.

It's up to you, mate.

EDIT: Oh yea, and you can't forget Stella, the Atari 2600 emu. (Forgive me, I grew up w/ Atari.)
