trouble with unrar, help please?

i'm having trouble unraring pro-nwn2.iso from the .rar file.

i've extracting the files all to the same directory, click on the first one, and as i expected they started extracting the iso in order as per usual.

it gets to 98% and then says the files corrupt. i've downloaded a couple of programs to maybe help, unrar and rar repair tool, neither helped.

i used the WinRAR wizard to give it a shot and it says there's a write error - disk is full.

this happened as well to COH, and in a very similar fashion, got to 98% etc. etc.

that's over 12gb of stuff now i've downloaded and took four days. i need help!
