I convertered a AVI file with vso then i made a iso file of convertered file using DVD Shrink then i burned the iso with dvd decrypt tried to play dvd on standalone dvd player and got message that playback was not allowed any solution for this would be greatly appreciated

why don't you just convert with vso convertxtodvd and let that software burn to disk? no need to to use shrink or dvddecrypter.
