I just purchased an Aladdin XENO FX chip for my Xbox. Here is the ad for it:

http://www.divineo.cn/cgi-bin/div-cn/xb-axfx

It says on the ad that it comes with Evox M8 BIOS. Does this mean that I don't have to flash the chip after I install it? I will be using Evox as my dashboard.

Also, assuming that I don't have to flash the chip... Can I just install the 120 gig harddrive that I will be using into my computer and copy over EvoX, PxHDDLOADER, and BOXPLORER before I install the hard drive into the Xbox? That way, I could copy my games on to the hard drive and have the ability to delete files off of it - so I pretty much would never need to FTP the Xbox. Am I right by thinking that I can do this without a problem? I would like to avoid FTP'ing if I can due to my lack of knowledge on it. Thanks!

Great! Thank you very much for your response. What I'm thinking is rather than FTP into the xbox and install everything, I can just put the harddrive in my computer and install all the files that way. Would you think this will work:

Copy all of the files over to the xbox harddrive (the rar files). Then, extract and install all of the files right on the drive. Then put the drive back in the xbox and hopefully it works. Do you see any problem with doing it this way?

I have never tried to FTP into my xbox before, so I'm rying to avoid doing that. It seems confusing. If all I have to do is copy the files over to the drive, I don't see why it wouldn't work how I suggested. Let me know what you think. Thanks!
