I have been using log me in for a while now. I installed it on my office pc so I can operate it from home. When I am at the office and use the pc all day, sometimes logmein is not available remotely, even though the icon says it is online. The only way I can seem to fix this is to go into preferences and restart the service.

I tried using their help system but I get the same canned answers. I was trying to figure out how to restart the service using task scheduler to restart the service every once in a while while I am away. Has anyone else run into this problem?
