Well i am having Nero 7 right now. And i did first back of my files of around 382 mbs. Then i went to the update option of the Nero backup and update this file with additional files which created new backup file (previous file remaining as it is). Then after formatting my hard disk when i went to restore those files. The one which i backed up later got restored but the files from the first backup didn't. It asked me for the location of the first backup file. It kept asking for the location even after me specifying the location of first backup file. I asked the support from Nero; they saw the log file and said that there is no such file. But i can see in my PC these two files of 382+301=693 mbs files. Can anyone help me to restore the files of first backup. Please those are my important files. And i need them urgently.
