Aright man, what you need to do it update to 2.71. When you do that, download HEN C, and then devhook. Then you'll be able to experience the wonderfulness that is homebrew.
Ta-082 2.6 > 2.71 > 2.5 > 2.6 > 2.8 > Brick > 2.6
> 2.71 > 1.5 > 3.52 M33 > 3.71 M33 > 3.80 M33 > 3.90 M33-3 > 4.01 M33-2

TA-082 can run everything a 1.5 psp can. Except for the flash programs. but who cares you can do the same thing with your dh firmware.
just go to 1.5 firmware when running the special devhook. then all homebrew is playable

there is no need to downgrade anymore. ANY PSP 2.71 can do everything you want even TA-082.
See downgrading is old news peeps, 2.71 is in and 1.5 is out!!!!

O_O..... People said that his softdowns were a scam, and tried to hack his email account and other stuff. dont remember if that was correct but it was something close to that. dunno what else happened tho. Theres more to the story.

this can be done now even with 2.60 w/ ta-082.Just following the steps but will it brick(DONT LIKE THAT WORD)

no! henc is is to safe for you psp to brick. it doesn not touch the flash. also i heard about henc auto run? true?

AUTo run HENC is very true. It works great, but it does write to flash though. so be careful. I made a thread about Auto run HENC safety but I deleted it because of rude remarks.

After the whole SoftDown ordeal, we got a bit worried about 0okm. Some of you guys commented that he was "ghey", and others had believed that he was pulling off a scam. Talk about some major damage to his reputation. As far as we know, he's a reputable guy and also deserves some respect as much as you and me. Good thing 0okm isn't in hiding after all. He's back with a bang-bang-biggity-boom to execute Hen C automatically.
Now before anything else, of course, you must make sure that you have Dark_AleX's Homebrew Enabler for FW 2.71 (Revision C). Without it, obviously, there's nothing to auto-run. Also, you shouldn't use this on any other version. 0okm also warns us that this program may BRICK your PSP, so use it at your own risk.
