Quick AC Battery Question

Hi All, i posted a few days ago about my Battery pack not working...and i have come to the conclusion that it stuffed...as my psp works fine with the AC but if the battery is in it turns off after about 3-4 minnutes...but doesn't if the battery is not installed.

so my quick question is this.

would the AC charger i have stuffed the battery???? the battery is a SONY 3.6V 1800mAh and the AC Adapter is a SONY 5V.

Over charge etc maybe....battery is still showing full charge on the psp but won't work at all.

Don't want to buy another and have the same thing happen.

oh yeah....are the battery packs you can buy on ebay ok??? any one had a good one and who from :)

the sony 5v AC is fine. i use it all the time. have u tried your battery on another psp to see if it works on another psp? and also battery pack from ebay are legit but with buying anythin froom ebay you have to be carefull.

all my friends are way behind the times and noone i know has a psp...so can't test it :(

but at least i know it's not the charger

to be sure 100% you'll need to check with another psp. if it works on theirs then it must be your psp.
