hey..i use gpSP 0.8 2.3 kai GBA emulator, and im wondering is there any way to play roms that are 16.348 kb big ???

depends mate. sometimes they come in a pac and ther diffent roms so just pick out the one u want. i think each rom should be bout a 1/2meg+
