I have a Sansa e250 mp3 player. I will admit up front that I am new to mp3 players. However, I am quite tech savvy and it seems "easy" to convert and tranfer video files. I have thus far successfully converted and transferred a wmv file, but have had trouble converting and transferring a .mov file. It seems as if all is going well and once the file is converted I get an error message that says it "failed to transfer". Anyone else had this problem and if so how have you solved the problem? OR what could I be doing wrong? Thanks for all who can help.
