Hi, i have been told that if i burn NTSC ps2 games they will work on my PAL ps2 and my PAL swap magic 3.6. Can anybody confirm this ?

That will not work, technically the game could boot but the display would not look right. You need to find a way to convert the game itself from NTSC to PAL, which I don't know if that's possible or not.
