See I have an xbox v1.1 (well it shows in configmagic like that). Can I trust it???

OK. See I dont know which mod-chip my xbox has. I cannot "power on and power off" my xbox with the "POWER" button on my xbox. I have to start my xbox with the eject button and to off it, well I have to choose the "power off xbox" option on my evox dashboard.

The POWER button doesnt seem to work.............

Also when I run the bios checker, It shows "homebrew (bf52)".

I also want to flash my mod-chip. So before I screw anything up, I just want to check everything.

Any help will be appreciated !!!

OK. But see whenever I see to the left side of my xbox, I can see that the mod-chip glows red.

Yup I've found it out. It is an Aladdin XT 4064. My power button does not have any effect on the xbox. It doesn't power ON. But it does power ON with the eject button.

Ya. Even If I hold the power button for 1 minute, nothing happens !!!

Well I have successfully flash my mod-chip with "evox m8 plus" and now my games work even better than before.

Well the mod-chip glows red, and I think that is why I get light orange colour on my xbox LED.

Is there any way to off the mod-chip's red colour???
