Problem with devhook!!!

I installed devhook on my psp and i downloaded some games and it was all working fine. I could play the games with no problems. Then i must have done something to make it stop working. Now whenever i open devhook and try to play a game it just restarts my psp and does nothing. Plz Help.

did you change the devhook settings and which version of devhook are you running

i didnt install devhook my friend installed it for me and i dont know what settings i should have because i messed areound with it. I have version 0.44

the clock speed should be 222/111mhz and remote controller should be x0892000

For remote controller all ihave for the options is "remote controller" or "KPRINTF (115 KBPS)"
Let me clarify my problem. I can enter in to device hook i can also go to umd select and choose my game. after i do that i hit start and my psp just restarts. when it used to work my psp would restart and my game would start but now my psp just restarts and does nothing. Here are my settings.
UMD MOUNT: UMD DISK
UMD VERSION: 2.XX TO 2.0
FIRMWARE: 2.71
CPU CLOCK: 222MHZ /111MHZ
BOOT SELECT: REBOOT XMB
REMOTE CONTROL: KPRINTF (115 KBPS)
